DDC is seeking a Senior Associate, Program Management to coordinate the execution and analysis of numerous, ongoing projects for our major advocacy engagements. The person hired will be responsible for turning a deep understanding of programmatic goals and a careful analysis of digital analytics into an ongoing action plan support some of their premier accounts and help create, edit and launch daily grassroots e-mail communications.
A motivated, self-starter with a keen interest in politics and its intersection with technology will be leveraged in meeting the responsibilities outlined below to provide exemplary support for the clients’ account, political, and operational needs.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain schedule/plans of forthcoming and ongoing projects and work for key advocacy engagements
Manage internal resources to address program, technical and operational deliverables
Coordinate and leverage internal resources to execute communications (emails, phones, blogs and social media) within engagement efforts
Become a subject matter expert on each engagement’s grassroots and advocate audiences and underlying data
Review and provide ongoing assessment of existing web and data reports, and create corresponding reports as scheduled
Conduct initial triage and troubleshooting to confirm, and then handle, the resolution of technical issues and questions
If unable to personally handle, accountable for the escalation of the issue and ensuring successful completion by coordinating the efforts of other internal teams
Qualifications:
High level of motivation and ability to thrive in campaign style work environment
Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to pick up new technologies quickly
Bachelor’s degree preferred
