The Project Coordinator provides assistance to Executive Vice President, Jeremy Rosner, and the international team. Responsibilities include coordinating and communicating the EVP’s research, presentation, and marketing activities with GQR’s management, staff, and clients and providing support to the international team’s staff for client and prospective client meetings. The position requires coordinating the EVP’s calendar, scheduling travel, and handling expenses. A significant part of the PC’s role will be assisting staff on research projects as needed.
The position requires a team player who has the ability to multi-task and strong organizational, communication, writing, and editing skills. A minimum of two years’ experience is required, and experience supporting and/or scheduling an executive is encouraged. An ideal candidate will have experience in survey research or political campaigns/consulting and an interest in international politics.
