The Niskanen Center–a new 501(c)(3) organization–seeks a policy analyst/director to work on greenhouse gas regulation in general, and the promotion of carbon taxes in particular. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in economics, public policy, environmental science, or similar fields, familiarity with the academic literature pertaining to the topic, experience interacting with policymakers in Washington, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
