The Office of Senator Barbara Boxer is seeking a web development intern to assist an ambitious technology team during the winter/spring semester/quarter. With over 38 million constituents, technology and its thoughtful use are vital to the efficacy and workings of the Senator’s office. The successful applicant will demonstrate a grasp of modern web development languages and concepts including HTML(5), CSS(3), PHP, and JavaScript. Absolute proficiency in the languages is not required, but a passion and curiosity for the nexus of technology and representative government is.
