Government Affairs Assistant/ PAC Administrative Assistant

Are you interested in leveraging your Capitol Hill experience into a position with one of Washington’s most influential trade groups? This is the job for you!

Provide executive administrative support to the Senior Vice President of Government Affairs as well as members of the PAC. Coordinate multiple schedules and travel arrangements, create meeting agendas, assist with PAC related duties such as managing several Excel spreadsheets and coordinating PAC events, coordinate lobby days and fly-ins, additional responsibilities as needed.

Candidates must have a minimum of three years office administrative experience, experience working with government affairs and PAC’s. Candidates also must have comprehensive administrative experience handling the tasks listed above.
