Congressman John B. Larson seeks fall interns for his Washington, DC office. This is a great opportunity to gain experience on Capitol Hill in a fast-paced and fun office. The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for politics, is eager to take on any task assigned, and possesses strong writing skills. Duties will include answering phones, drafting letters to constituents, conducting tours, assisting the legislative staff, conducting research, attending briefings along with general office tasks. Applicants with New England ties are preferred but not required. Preference given to college juniors, seniors, or recent graduates. Internships are unpaid.
