The house has a brick patio out back, washer/dryer, air conditioning, hardwood floors and completely furnished common areas. Street parking is abundant.
The bedroom available also has hardwood floors and is big enough for a queen size bed, dresser, and desk. It also has a sizable closet and a north–facing window. This bedroom shares a bath with his and hers sinks with the master bedroom.
Current housemates are working professionals in their twenties – both clean, considerate people who like coming home to a nice place after a long day at the office. We would expect a third roommate to help keep the common areas clean, pull weight on household chores, etc.

Rent is $1,250/month + estimated $150 in utilities (gas, electric, cable +HBO, DVR). $20 application fee, deposit and first month’s rent due when lease is signed.
