Rebekah was a property manager for 7 years in Texas and Georgia. Within Extra You, most of our clients live out of the country (France, India, Africa, Indonesia, Caribbean, London, Australia and various other states in the USA) . Some travel back and forth and some are posted on temporary/long term jobs. We are located in Reston, VA and house sit for people visiting the home 1-5 times a week (average is 2 for most owners), We house sit within a 25 mile radius of Reston area which include. Maryland, Washington, D.C. Will would also be willing to hire someone on your behalf and locate them in your area working under our company.
We forward mail, walk the entire home on each visit (inside and out), flush toilets, start cars (and drive them if you’d like), monitor contractors, deal with vendors (IE: plumber, electrician, snow plow, maids or a fallen tree). We DO NOT stay in the home while you’re away. ALL employees have had background checks and we are insured and bonded. We keep in touch with you via email after each visit to the home and are happy to grocery shop, drop off and pick up dry cleaning (etc.) before you return home!
We’ve even set up Christmas trees and decorated for Christmas. Wouldn’t you LOVE to have an “Extra You?” We serve Northern Virginia and would be open to talking to you about some areas in Maryland, DC and beyond.
