Program Coordinator, The Washington Campus, A 501(C)3 educational organization in downtown Washington DC dedicated to public policy education of business executives.

Position Overview: This position will provide key administrative support for all Washington Campus programs. The role will focus on planning and logistics of all programs which include creating and printing program material, booking vendors, inviting speakers, maintaining website and tracking all program registration. The ideal candidate must be well organized, proactive, detail orientated, and have exceptional computer skills which include expertise in Publisher, Excel, and PowerPoint. Audio-Visual equipment skills a plus.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate program logistics (venue, catering, agenda etc)
  • Build and maintain relationships with various vendors
  • Design and maintain a tracker for all programs and registration
  • Coordinate the development of event/ presentation content and material
  • Preparation of various event documents (content, agendas, welcome packages), budget reports, event updates
  • Update program websites and database
  • Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, team activities; often with senior level staff
  • Phone coverage
